塔盤 (Tray)
蒸餾塔盤為使用最廣泛也最悠久的質傳設備，禾賢可提供各種製程需求及各式材質的塔盤。此外，關於製程改善、產能擴增、效率提升及節能需求的改造，禾賢也可針對特殊需求協助客戶進行蒸餾塔設計。
傳統篩孔塔盤 (Sieve Tray)
Sieve trays are widely used in the services that high turndown is not required. It is low cost mass transfer device. C&C offer all common sieve tray designs.
浮動閥式塔盤 (Float Valve Tray)
Floating valve tray is the standard and most recommended for most applications.
固定閥式 (Fixed Valve Tray)
Fixed valve tray is used in most applications that requires higher fouling Resistance and is more cost effective then floating valve trays.
特殊塔盤(Caged Valve Tray)
Caged valve tray is applied when stronger valve strength is required due to extreme operating condition
高效能塔盤 (High Performance Tray)
High Perfromance tray is designed specifically when superior
performance is required.
The Advantages are higher capacity and efficiency, lower
pressure drop, more turn down flexibility and longer column
run time.
集液&煙囪塔盤 (Collector & Chimney Tray)
Collector trays are required for collecting liquids from an upper bed for redistribution or draw-off. Also the uniformed chimneys will maintain proper gas distribution.
